Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

Scope. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all individuals who access or use the Paragility platform, including employees of Customer organizations and any authorized third-party users. Use of the platform constitutes acceptance of this AUP. Customers are responsible for ensuring their users are informed of and comply with this policy.

1. Acceptable Use

Paragility is committed to maintaining a secure and trustworthy environment for all users of its platform. This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the standards that all users must adhere to when accessing or using Paragility’s Services.

Users must:

  • Access the Services using Single Sign-On (SSO) with employer-issued credentials, where applicable, and protect any temporary or administrative login credentials from unauthorized use.
  • Use the Services only for legitimate business purposes authorized by their employer (Customer).
  • Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, this AUP, and any additional Customer policies.
  • Protect all confidential information and data accessed through the platform from unauthorized disclosure or misuse.
  • Immediately report any suspected security incidents or vulnerabilities to Paragility.
  • Refrain from sharing access credentials or impersonating other users.

2. Prohibited Use

Users shall not, and shall not permit any third party to:

  • Modify, copy, or create derivative works based on the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Services.
  • Sell, license, or sublicense the Services without express written permission.
  • Introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorized access.
  • Enter false, misleading, or unauthorized information into the platform.
  • Attempt to access or use features or data not expressly authorized for the user’s role.
  • Use the platform to harass, discriminate against, or retaliate against other users.
  • Use automated systems, such as bots or scrapers, to access or overload the Services.
  • Attempt to bypass or misconfigure Identity Provider integrations or use unauthorized credentials to gain access.
  • Misuse AI Features in a manner inconsistent with normal usage patterns, including excessive or repeated submissions that may trigger infrastructure or third-party processing costs.
  • Use the Services for illegal, defamatory, or infringing activities.

3. Monitoring and Enforcement

Paragility reserves the right to monitor user activity on the platform to ensure compliance with this AUP. Paragility may investigate any violation and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access, legal action, and cooperation with law enforcement authorities. Paragility may coordinate with the Customer regarding enforcement actions. Violation of this policy may result in the suspension of Services without refund, at Paragility’s sole discretion.

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, you must promptly report it to Paragility and to your employer’s designated administrator. Reports will be treated confidentially, and retaliation against individuals who report violations in good faith is prohibited. Paragility will review all reports and may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action.

Paragility may update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Any changes will be communicated to Customers and posted at https://paragility.com/acceptable-use-policy.
